Innovative is an excellent company. I purchased a sofa from a second hand store, that was heavily soiled. I called Innovative and was able to receive same day service. The technician explained that the sofa would require additional services due to the condition. To make a long story short my sofa looks brand new for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company, I look forward to do business with them again.
